- Airtime transfer will not reward a customer with a CashToken.
- Borrowed airtime will not reward a customer with a CashToken.
- Refunded amount will not reward a customer with a CashToken.
- The cashback can be used to pay utility bills, cable TV subscription etc.
- All forms of recharge will qualify a customer to receive a CashToken.
- The cashback and wins from the draws will be credited into the CashToken wallet
- There is no recharge limit i.e., you can recharge as much as possible to gain more tokens.
- Reward for the month is forfeited if recharge conditions are not met.
- The reward is reset at the beginning of the new month.
- Once a CashToken is included for a weekly draw, the token becomes invalid for another week’s draw.
- CashToken received same day as draw but not included, will be eligible for the next draw.
- Migration from one 9mobile prepaid package to another will not stop eligibility if recharges done meets the threshold.
- DND Subscribers will be allowed to subscribe for this service without having to opt out of DND as their consent is gotten before completion of subscription.
